TERMS & CONDITIONS 

RESERVATIONS:  A deposit of 25% of your event is required at the time of your confirmed reservation.  In the event of cancellation, at anytime, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Payment for all special events must be made, in FULL, 7 days in advance in the form of Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Order.  Any additional meals or beverages will be charged on the day of the event. 

SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES:  A taxable 18% service charge and California Sales Tax will be added to all applicable reservations. 

ROOM RENTAL AND SET-UP:  Choose from one of our three great rooms; The Vintage Room; The Heritage Cellar; or the Fermenting room. 

DURATION OF EVENT:  All events must conclude at the scheduled time. Overtime fees of $500.00 per 30 minutes will be added if room is still occupied, even by musicians, beyond the established end time (and the ten minute grace period). Additional fees will apply for changes or additions to room set-up.   

WINE STATIONS, BARTENDER AND CASHIER:  Wine station for day event…$100.00 & evening event…$300.00. Bartender at $85.00 per hour.   

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE:  No outside food or beverages of any kind can be brought on the premises by the Patron or any guest.   

MUSIC & DANCE:  Music may be brought in.  All musicians must have their own extension cords, hand truck, etc.  It is understood that all equipment is handled by contracted musicians/DJ.  If necessary, we reserve the right to have the contracting musical group visit the site. Please discuss the arrangements with our banquet department.  If necessary, the Winery reserves the right to control the volume. All musicians must stop playing 30 minutes before conclusion of event.  

CAKE CUTTING FEE:  Fee will be added on a per person basis ($2.25 per person).  

DECORATIONS:  Table centerpieces may be brought in by the party. The Winery does not allow anything affixed to the walls or Chandeliers.  No silly string, confetti or rice throwing. 

TABLE LINEN AND NAPKINS:  Winery will provide only white table linen and napkins. 

SECURITY:  $35.00 per hour (5 hour minimum) 

LOSS OR DAMAGE:  The Winery will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged while on the property.  The guests of the Winery will not hold the Winery responsible for any damages or bodily injuries that occur while on the premises.  All damages to the property by the patron or their guests will be the sole responsibility of the patron.   

FORCE MAJEURE:  If the Special Event scheduled at the Winery cannot be held due to an Act of Nature (i.e.… earthquake, fire, flood, hurricane or other natural disaster beyond the control of the Winery), the Winery will reschedule as the calendar permits. If the patron elects not to reschedule, the Winery will keep all deposits and the patron will no longer be obligated to hold their event at the Winery. 

Prices are subject to 18% service charge and 8.25% sales tax. Deposits are Non-refundable.
